The point is its EASIER to just game the system which is why people do it, not that it's the only way and that other ways are impossible. Hence, people wintrade and other shit to begin with, making dota as a whole worse off for everyone.

Ill give you a really simple example to understand of how the youtube system has motivated lower quality content it the past. At one point youtubers needs to make their videos at least 10 minutes long. As a consequence youtubers that typically made shorter videos (say 6 minutes) just added bloat to hit the 10 minutes mark. Youtube's system actively punished people for keeping their content high quality with no bloat.

By comparison, forced 50/50 is just a miserable experience, but it doesn't actually incentivize people to do anything different to climb, you can't "game the system" with force 50/50 and still just have to play your best.

It got you some meme pick offs and protected your triangle/base for 1 hour however you still lost a "griefed" match instead of getting it over with in 30 minutes if you just played techies as god intended by taking risks and jumped people to triple mine them.

Make sure to record the epic hook+mine combos and to compile them on a youtube video which will allow you to at least get something out of an hour long lost game.

NAVI faced two of the best teams on the table and two more non eliminated teams, they won 5 maps in total and they are eliminated. WILDCARD faced non top teams, have only won 4 maps against two eliminated teams, and they are not eliminated.
FALCONS have won 8 maps and only lost to the best teams on the table now they have to play an elimination match against SPIRIT a team that only won 5 maps, 2 out of those 5 maps are against WILDCARD.
meanwhile HEROIC played an elimination match against YAKUTOU, both of them have 6 maps won.
they could have made it FALCONS vs YAKUTOU and SPIRIT vs HEROIC to make more sense because of the maps won but they didn't.
