15% attack damage buff is pretty big difference because that buff is calculated separately and she doesn't brick Anus like Grave would.
While Mari has 30% caster's attack buff it only has 50% uptime and it might not be up when Cindy bursts losing out on damage. Ade has 15% caster's attack buff that has 100% uptime so that part is more reliable.
Both are snipers so their burst gen is the same.

The pierce buffs are whatever and not the main reason you would use her you have Grave for that.

Mari is still good for fights where you need aoe clear like whale or any of the projectile spammers so you don't need to lose damage uptime hiding or trying to shoot them down..
