Wallace hitting on Mimi is a problem. Yeah, judging by that audio drama, she seems to be half-oblivious to it, half-mildly amused, but that mild amusement can grow into mild irritation.
Michael, with his milquetoast personality (and, IIRC, he seems to be a bit insecure about being the son of an actor) might be a problem, because I can see Mimi trying to softly push him into the direction of leadership, and he would most likely resist such attempts.
There might be other prominent members of the team that would have their own bats in their belfries. Say, a Masaru-lite guy who would solve all the problems by beating the shit out of them.
