What I really loved about the demihuman lair is that if you let Lilia get captured outside of it, the small demihumans rape Lilia in the house, she then gets hauled off to the prison. After that, repeatedly obeying makes her go through 6 more unique rape scenes. Then Lilia can either escape and fail (get executed), escape and succeed (continue on her quest) or drink whatever stuff they gave her (pregnancy+birth bad end with 2 more H-scenes). I'm pretty sure that's the single biggest non-repeating sequence of H-scenes in the game. The tentacle cave doesn't have as much in comparison. Lilia gets swallowed, taken to the rape section and filled with eggs in a single, repeatable H-scene, and then there's the boss loss scenes too.

It's game over if you get captured after clearing the den by killing the boss, but not before. If you haven't, it progresses to the prison.

As FeMC, in Ressentiment's dungeon crawling game, you can either grind arduously long (I actually forget how heavy the grind is) or you can just sell your body to mercenary's to get their help. I forgot a lot of the details of the game to be honest, such as if there was a time limit to the plot, like wanting to save the bf or something, but if a game is set up in the right way to "punish" you for non optimal gameplay by forcing sex stuff, it works well.

From a completely different angle, we can look at Rance's games, particularly Sengoku Rance. You and the enemy both get actions every turn. If you spend it on cg hunting, you can suffer a weaker army as a result. This is subverted in Rance by his satisfaction score, where the game rewards Rance for being horny by boosting his mood and giving him turn-free actions of "Hmm, I'm in a good mood today, I think I'll draft a letter to request reinforcements from X. HEY SILL, DRAFT THIS LETTER FOR ME." When realistically there's no reason he couldn't also do that during normal time / need to be in a good mood for that.
Of course, Rance isn't NTR, but you can imagine a sort of similar set up.

The sequence you're presenting for NTR games is the opposite, states you fight and balance against. You play in opposition to the H and that is the mark of a poor H-game. Either you play well and entirely avoid it, or you don't play the game well and get the H. It might still be functional as an actual game, but fundamentally, it becomes a lacking H-game.
Ressentiment is also a poor implementation. It's forces the choice by making the "pure" choice extremely boring and untenable. You're punished one way or the other. The reality it's just a corruption story with the facade of a winnable game as veneer while the path you're intended to take is near set in stone though that's better than actually set in stone.

The key word here is punish. A player works against punishment. If the punishment and reward is mixed, then the waters are muddied and the player's goals then become unclear. This is what makes the virgin/slut route dichotomy such a common thing. Even male MC games can suffer from this. I recently played Succubus Forest and I very much enjoyed it, but for the card game itself. Not once did I feel aroused and I was extremely focused on actually winning over the enemies trying to seduce or battlefuck me. Winning first try felt great, but in the end I never fapped to the game. The actual gameplay overtook me and the game and the H were split. I could always go back and just play around to enjoy the H, but actively playing the game splits the game and H apart. A good game, but not a good H-game.

It's tough, but kind of simple; you just kind of grind away at the boss's health while looking out for moves that could actually hit you. you basically want to always be in scythe mode since it lets you spam the slide which will go through most of her moves (aside from the uppercut, which you'll have to dodge/perfect guard). While she's staggered you can go into gun mode and use the shotgun for damage. One thing that can definitely help: you can use items during the fight.
