Zulrah is probably the most difficult boss that I've actually managed to get consistent kills at. I figured I'd kill the boss to get the diary done once I got my twinflame staff, probably ended up dying around 20 times, but once I got my first kill I felt the boss click. I'm still doing twinflame-only kills and it's taking around 2½-3½ minutes per kill, but each kill feels SO REWARDING.

I've done 50 kills so far, and most of the time I can do about 10 kills until I feel mentally exhausted because there's so much to keep track of (I blame my brain for this, I tend to get overstimulated and tired quickly when doing anything that requires me to focus). But I'm still feeling that "high" of getting past an intense boss battle and getting the rewards. Sure, it may not be the most fun to get 35 yew logs and 1,000 flax, but still, getting three drops (scales + 2 from the drop table) feels so insanely good. Battlestaves, runes, herbs, seeds, various skilling drops, it'll all come to use someday well, maybe not the snakeskins and maybe not the pure essence, but you never know.

I've tried doing a range switch (Atlatl) during Zulrah's tanzanite phases but I haven't been able to get the hang of it yet, and it doesn't feel like the kills get much quicker, but I don't mind getting slower kills by just using the twinflame. It stresses me out less if I don't have to do switches as well, which is a win-win for me. Twinflame absolutely slaps at Zulrah and it makes me glad that I grinded out Royal Titans. One day I'll learn, the most important part is that I'm getting kills. If I ever get impatient with how slow the kills are, maybe that's the time I optimize my gear setup and squeeze in a ranged switch into my kills. But this'll do for now.

First day in OSRS about 10 hours played and still going since 1pm today.

My goal is to get 99 in all skills and do all the quests. I have around 12 quest points too but I need 20 hours of game time to be able to trade on the GE so I can get a mithril axe.

train up your fishing and sell the raw fish that you get. easiest money early on. once you get to rod fishing, buy like 100-200 bait and fish all of it and then sell that shit on the GE
