Assuming you need the health regen from body and dash from reflexes you need 4 and 9 respectively but then both tech and intel needs 15 for bolts, overlock and quickhack queue. Can you be combat effective without focus and sharpshooter? Or will something like a quasar/senkoh lx stop firing/aim like shit in like 2 seconds?

I believe CDPR completely ruined this character, they gave her a dogshit quest with very easily misunderstood hidden motive and made her a tranny just because. I mean, if they have given her proper treatment and cut the crap she would have been easily as popular as Judy or Panam if she was a romanceable character. Sadly what we get from her is enough to make people dislike and quickly try to forget about her.

In this system there could be missions where the player needs a driver and could hire one from the Afterlife or call a character from a previous mission. If Sampson was saved and the mission supports Militech's interests, then he would be the best driver for the job. Could have their assistance help or harm their life after the job. Sampson could get a promotion and expanded access to Militech's arsenal for a job well done. Other characters might need help fleeing the city for involvement with the players crew.

Because Samson didn't really kill her husband but she is still grieving and upset and blames him, so she wants him dead and the entire quest is about her little revenge story, but it's handled so poorly and it's lame that it leaves you with a bad taste.
