Bullies is still recruiting on Darkwinter, we're a day-one semi-casual platoon that has always landed in 1-5%. Ultimate goal for the platoon is to keep things to a comfortable level, without the need to be strict about gunsmoke and activity.

Our member total is a little deceptive, we've got 7 slots, not 2. There's 5 inactives I could remove if a group wants to join together, plus the two empty slots. Best case scenario would be a small group of thread degenerates that want to stay together but want to move to a more full platoon, but I won't hold my breath so single applicants are always welcome. We don't have any requirements, you can be new/low level, as long as you're playing and at least auto your gunsmokes (which before level 60 is just a normal ass combat map anyway.)

Platoon assists include numerous v6 Klukais, a v6 Makiatto, v6 Yoohee, v6 Nikketa, as well as my Springfield, which is creeping up on 20k. Leva and Lainie are coming up soon, and I'll probably v6 Robella if nobody else does. We could definitely use a Qiuhua (and another Springfield but that's just for me, mostly.)

Keep in mind gunsmoke fucks with leaving or applying (I forget which) so you might not actually be able to apply for 5 more days.

First of all, are you bringing defense shred? You want a source of def down II no matter what, even if it has to be auto attacks from Nemesis. You mentioned QJ - she does this, but only if you have the key for it equipped. Other popular sources are Klukai, Yoohee, and Nemesis in a pinch.

Beyond that, most of your meme chevrons are correct. Cleansing/Dispelling the boss has a lot of options which depends a bunch on your team. QJ is the best one for it, Yoohee does well too, other characters have semi-reliable dispel options like Mecthy, Peritya, Tololo, etc. Really depends who you're bringing.

A lot of damage can be lost based on when you're dispelling the boss's buff. If it has 4 stacks of anti-phase and you don't dispel it until after your big attackers attacked, you lost out on a big chunk.

This is propaganda. You want to place every unit equidistant to the boss such that the V6 support unit you're borrowing gets 2 stacks per turn. This will greatly increase your score potential if you are lacking in attachments and dupes. Pic related.

QJ handles red. Tololo handles blue. Peritya and Mechty can handle purple.

You want to deliberately keep one unit debuffed so that you can stagger cleansing. If you AoE cleanse as soon as you get the debuff, then your buff drops off before you can get more stacks.

boss gains stacking damage resist to the element it's getting hit by, make sure to dispel it before your big dick dps blow their load.

The majority of your damage is going to come from turns 6/7 when the boss has been def shredded and your crit dmg stacks are high. It's going to feel like you're tickling the boss until the very end where you chunk like a third of its hp on the last turn.

The way to build stacks is to get as many people hit by the red ground aoe as possible so they get the debuff that gives you crit dmg when cleansed. Boss uses it on turns 3/5/7.The crit dmg buff lasts 2 turns. This means you want to stagger your cleanses so there's always something to cleanse every turn otherwise the buff will fall off. Think of it as single target cleanse on turns 3/5 and global cleanse on 4/6/7.

The boss attacks the closest and furthest unit every turn that gives the target with a stacking dmg buff. If you're using 1 big dick carry dps then set up your formation so that every unit is equal tiles away from the boss. The boss will hit the support unit you borrowed twice, giving them the buff twice. Note that this means you have to borrow the v6 dps or will just have to opt for the dual dps setup.

You simply move out of the V formation in order to do the AoE mechanic. The support does not end combat with 14 stacks. Your best DPS ends with 3 stacks and your borrowed V6 unit ends up with the rest of the stacks. To say it's only worth doing on fire is simply wrong. Pic related is V1 Springfield borrowing Nikketa.

depends on team. for "pure" hydro you do equidistant every turn and give boxes to nikketa on 2,4,6 and TLL 2 5 7 (or sneak a SF box in somewhere). for burn unless you have your own v6 qiuhua and borrow sf you have to split the stacks and do 1,3,5 equidistant or she just fucking dies because centaurpussy can't keep her up. for corrosion you can do whatever depending on if your klukai or nikketa are stronger or about the same

This game daily/weekly are getting longer and longer. I playing Nikke even with Union Raid the time I took to finish daily is 1/2 of GFL.

Until Florence comes out ive been using Sabrina as a filler on my hydro team, but i'm confused on how to build her.
The info-sheet says to prioritize attack%, then hp%, defense% and attack but it seems counter intuitive. No boss deals enough damage to risk killing anything with Springfield around, wouldn't just focusing on attack and crit make her deal the most damage?

It's an additive increase to the total sum of all damage buffs. I.e. if you have a doll with 100 ATK attack an enemy with 0 DEF with 70% DMG buff, then she deals 170 damage. Add 10% damage buff and she will now deal 180 damage, which is like 5.8% damage increase.

I regard gunsmoke as a sort of reverse cipher puzzle, except where whaling can help and there's a score system. You just check what works and what doesn't and try to improve your runs. It's not terribly exciting, but it can be gratifying to find small adjustments that can make a difference.
Of course, this is all moot if you just press auto or follow a guide step-by-step.

Yeah, that's why I think it's more helpful to look for personal improvement instead of comparing yourself to others. Every player has different investment levels (both in money and time) so it's kinda pointless to beat yourself up over a lower score.
Obviously since bosses change, the scores do too. But you can definitely tell when you get a spike. (For example, getting QJ to v3 or getting Springfield, both huge upgrades.)

Yeah, it happens. The thing is that some of these guides make a lot of assumptions about your team, keys, investment levels and so on. What might work well in an "ideal" setup might not work so well for you.

Some of the tricks are unintuitive and are actually a net loss if you perform them incorrectly. Take Nemesis for example. She has a great defense debuff, but it only triggers if you attack with her first every turn. If you miss this, she will be much worse than just bringing another DPS.
I once followed an autistic HOXY turn-by-turn guide that could supposedly kill the boss, but did much worse because I didn't have exactly v2 Wawa. v2 was needed for some ridiculous interaction between her and Ksenia's cleanse + Wa's second interception. v1 broke the interaction completely and meant the result was worse than if I had just gone with a more standard setup instead.

I had two plans on lock, the at%/att/crit like normal (maybe there will be a hydro SG dps) but for SPAS I had at%/att/def% because she has some scaling, as a hybrid tank. I have seen some successfully use her to proc QJ in Gunsmoke, a fully boosted attack set was hitting 30k per counter on a crit with enough buff stacking. User mileage may vary.
