McQueen and Rudolf are strong but are from the "previous generation of support" which only carried 1 gold skill, for that reason I find it really hard to recommend investing tickets/stones for these. Just use them as much as you can now, but consider them on their way to become somewhat obsolete.

Shakur has 0 tokui at 2LB (like yours atm), which makes her very unreliable. Getting her to MLB would make her more consistent, but just like McQueen and Rudolf, as good as she is, she will be replaced by a 2 gold skills stamina card in the near future, it's garanteed.

Tamano only really gains more training bonus (5% and 10% at 3 and 4LB respectively), anything else is already there at 1LB (which you have).

Exact same situation here with Ai-chan: 5% and 10% training bonus at 3 and 4LB respectively ; anything else is already there at 1LB (which you have).

For Stego, 2LB to MLB would increase her starting bond gauge to acceptable level (atm it's 1 aka 0), meaning you wouldn't have to struggle as much to get her to produce rainbows, thus increasing consistency.

All in all I would strongly recommend to upgrade one of the newer cards as you're bound to not regret it.

Nyes. All racecourse serve food, and there's quite a lot of variations between the tracks, too.
Tokyo racecourse has the most selection food ranging from standard ramen, burger, pizza, sweets, bakery, all the way to very high end restaurant.
Nakayama has less selection, but what they have are all pretty good. The boneless chicken is particularly nice, so I'd recommend that if you ever go there.
Chukyou's mostly local Aichi/Nagoya food and traditional Japanese stuff, not a single western restaurant in sight.
The only thing edible in Kyoto is Yoshinoya, but that might have changed after they renovated the track.
Hakodate is small, but the food trucks they have there were pretty interesting, might just be because it's Hokkaido and everything's delicious in Hokkaido.
Sapporo's all meat. Grilled lambs, fried chickens, roasted pork, and so on.

Just completed the 2nd main story. Probably going tear up at irodori phantasia for a while. I liked the individual vignettes from the first story too but this type of grander plot is more to my taste. Only gripe is with how they changed the final race to fit the narrative. The story changed the technicality win by Kawakami's DQ into a proper win where Kawakami decides against cutting diagonally across at the last split second and goes outside instead. The historical cut across was dangerous and got at least one hors hurt so IMO letting Kawakami save face in the story wasn't a bad choice
