Is there any resource anywhere that just has a raw comparison of every skill vs it's cost?
I know you can use umalator to get estimates of skill worth, but that doesn't factor their SP cost.
I want a site with every skill listed and you just check the box for every skill you could buy and it's discount and it arranges them in order of most speed gain per SP spent.

I've been doing this manually on any run that seems like it might be viable - making a spreadsheet table with the skill, speed, duration, average meter gain, cost, and meters per SP, and it's annoying having to build it from scratch every time. To some extent I just know what's good and bad, but i'm forgetful and like to have everything organized and numerical so when I lose focus.
Like I know long corners mogs corner adept / professor, but when I've got 1 hint long corner and 5 hint corner adept, I don't know off the top of my head which one is gonna be a better use of my sp.

The first cm is not a big gap because there is a lot of noobs and whales are still being stupid before they learn to optimise.
Second is for sure.
After first few CMs most potatoes will have quit being only left with tryhards and whales. MANT will get worse since F2P won't spend anything on Throne and Riko just to use the cards for 2 months so during that period we'll just lose as F2P. I legitimately think cygames fucked with Gold Ship's inspiration events rates since I have been doing other umas for groundwork parents and their inspirations, just going by double circle, give me multiple skills even on silver inspiration event and got gold ones pretty consistently. With Gold Ship, 178 affinity before G1 races and every parent is different, gives the basic blues 99% of the time. Cygames are jap gacha people and did similar shit with granblue so I am sure that is the case here with global just being a rugpull.

Are the CM3 target parent inherits basically just the same as CM1? (unless you're going Frontrunner obviously because of Seiun Sky)

I had a great Taiki parent run this afternoon where the white sparks were mediocre and style pink, gross, but a 2* speed makes me consider it if I can't get anything better by next week. Then I just finished two runs within 45 minutes where speed cards never went to speed until after first summer so any rainbows were far too late and I was lacking stats to do races to meet quotas and couldn't even make it to second summer. I'd be more mad, but both those runs ended in 1* guts anyway, It's kind of like being told I'm going to get punched in the stomach before it happens, that makes it hurt less, who knows.

1000 stamina even with multiple golds is very high variance. The same uma that wins 2 races could sputter and die out the next depending on debuffs or just RNG on rushed/gold activations.
In CM1 a well built (within reason) Uma would need to get extremely unlucky to gas out but here it's a real and likely possibility if your stamina is sub 1200. Just have to roll the dice really.

For some weird reason you need a shitton of Guts to actually run the track nicely, otherwise there is a weird 0.15-0.3 pace you lose to the reference Uma.
This shit doesn't happen with kyoto 1600m. Is this due to tokyo having harsher slope or something? Does this mean highlander is extra valuable for CM3, since pumping guts just for 0.3 pace feel like a massive waste.
