First time it happened to me. I could always tank Ziz's blast with Anchor's buff leaving everyone at 15% HP but when I upgraded RRH she started dying in 1 hit at full HP + overheal. I even swapped to Treasure Helm before the blast to guarantee 100% HP but it wouldn't help her.
