Bullies is still recruiting on Darkwinter, we're a day-one semi-casual platoon that has always landed in 1-5%. Ultimate goal for the platoon is to keep things to a comfortable level, without the need to be strict about gunsmoke and activity.

It shows that we have 1 slot ingame, but we actually have 6. I don't kick out corpses until we're full. If you and some friends (assuming they're all /vg/ degens) want to move together, that'd be awesome, reach out to me and we can make it happen. Requirements are minimal, you don't have to be max level or manual your gunsmokes, as long as you play.

Platoon assists include numerous v6 Klukais, a v6 Makiatto, v6 Yoohee, v6 Nikketa, as well as my Springfield, which is creeping up on 20k. Leva and Lainie are coming up soon from our platoonies, and I'll probably v6 Robella if nobody else does. We could definitely use a Qiuhua (and another Springfield but that's just for me, mostly.)

The thread likes to pretend it's a whale fest but it isn't. The score for killing the boss and the score for taking it to 30% is like a 500 point difference, and 1/5th of your team (usually the carry) comes from your platoon's whale, so it actually allows f2p players to be extremely competitive.

That said, each boss is different. This one boils down to:
>dispel him each time he has the buff of a gray/white human shape, which will happen each time you hit him 10 times with physical or elemental
>dispelling this gives a stack of the red version of that buff which will basically never fall off
>when he does the cross attack, cleanse as many as you can while leaving one to cleanse next turn, this will give your team a huge crit damage buff that should hit 10+ stacks by the end if you don't lose it
>try to let him hit 6 targets as often as possible for another -10% Def
>he hits closest and furthest target every turn to make them both make and take more damage, so these should always be your carries
>if he has multiple targets for closest or furthest he prioritizes the platoon borrow so you can make her take every stack of this if you want
