Chord came out on July 18 in CN, the summer duo on August 1 and August 15, and then Messa on September 12.
There were 56 days between Chord's release and Messa's basically.
If the global devs stick to releasing a new 5* every 4th day of a month though, those 56 days will turn into like 30 for global, September 4 to October 4.

not how it works. you pick 3 and they're all going to be in the pool with only one of them being the rate up. the rate up character is guaranteed in the 110 or 50/50 in 80. basically it makes the 2 that you select that are not rate up become part of the standard pool for the duration of that banner.
