our first job with Panam she is unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional to V, then mistreats and goes against the wishes of her "family" to start a conflict with the local wraith. when she gets her truck back, she presures V to join her in assaulting the Wraith in a fortified tunnel/choke point and practically stops to fight in their kill zone. And if you say no to her plan, she holds it against you and reminds you later after another plan backfires. Like when she didn't care to warn her family that regularly goes scrapping, that she will be blowing up an EMP and gets her people killed. Then the Wraith try to get revenge by capturing Saul (and another Aldecaldo that becomes a cyberpsycho) and assaulting their camp sites.

apparently ratting out Panam causes Saul to move camp sites before Wraith can attack. Might be that Saul being left in the dark on their tank heist didnt give him enough time to keep his people safe.
