The networking in the game is all sorts of fucked. I've been on 3 ISPs over the duration that I've played:
On the first I had that warning, but everything worked perfectly
On the second I got an all clear, but I could invite people, but they couldn't invite me half of the time
On my current one outgoing/incoming invites just fail randomly 30-40% of the time
Port forwarding never did anything (neither did using fucking DMZ on my current ISP 5g connection) and DE's support simply suggested using a VPN, which unsurprisingly works, because they've no idea how the networking works in the first place.

But you are WAAAY behind in terms of leveling and building new stuff for Saturn.
Stop and smell the roses for a bit. At minimum you should be looking into getting a bunch of mods you need to do rotation C on endless missions to get. Continuity and Intensify are the biggest one you should look out for. Also some from void "vaults". Look up how to get Corrupted mods, those will also open up your builds significantly. Though at your level check if you can get into a random clan and get the key blueprints first.

Early game Endo is a bit hard to get. Have you figured out you can melt down extra copies of mods for it yet?

The lore is not very consistent when it comes to what Warframes really are. They're supposed to be alive with the Tenno only calming their mind so they don't go bat shit insane kill everyone.

Yet ingame we control Warframes like they are a power suit, as we could see in quests like War Within.
