after rigorous testing in the practice mode, it does in fact deal an 30 damage instantly on top of wound when recalling through someone. also if you land the knife it does the standard 65 AND the 30 damage but only when you recall it and not all at once. so it essentially does 95 damage if you land and recall + the normal 30 DoT for 125 damage which is honestly way better than i thought. the description is still worded retardely tho because as far as i can tell you DONT get 30 + original 15 damage on return hit as health, and its more like 34 (which is still better than without i guess) but i could be off. again practice mode is fucking worthless

Kind of, D.Va and Makoto are both smart and making her mech look like Johanna seemed like the most obvious choice. Yusuke is an eccentric artist so I guess Wifeleaver fits. I guess Younger Genji could fit Ryuji since he used to be impulsive and reckless like him and they've both been injured (obviously Ryuji not as bad as Genji). Ann can be a decent healer and is pretty selfless so Mercy seems like an alright fit. I don't know anything about the Chinese guy.
