It'll be the same in CM3. Don't lie to yourself. Front Runners will be everywhere, with Groundwork and Tail Held High and constantly running fifteen lengths ahead of the pack. They won't be hit by All-Seeing Eyes either. And they never will.

For what it's worth, I've seen fewer debuffers this CM despite the fact that they're way more effective than in taurus. If you get a match with no debuffers, the right ones are probably going to do better on average. Against two full competent debuffer teams it'll be hard, but it hasn't been common so far in my experience. This is the rock paper scissors CM.

Pace don't have a speed change between early and mid, and front actually lose speed, but for Late and End specifically, if a hill starts just before the transition to mid race, highlander will proc there and gain you half a length as you reach your middle-leg speed sooner.
