Every single one of them is a chore to fight, are needlessly tanky and swerve all over the place but do love using their body for contact damage, I swear it has to be voluntary in their ai because the number of times it happened is just bullshit, like the bastard just decise to drop a few pixels to hit me when he was going away moment befores, the worse are the dagger throwing craws, more than once I had them drop on my head just to start flying again the moment they hit the ground. Hell its even an issue with the smaller ones, ie the ramming flying bugs I swear I seen some do a 180* mid animation just to screw you over.

The fatal flaw in their plan was that a being without a will to break would be perfect to not be influenced by the radiance yes, but vessels could never be truly without will, just a very weak one that couldn't be noticed by them, and the hollow knight was that, and it started leaking right away.

They actually made it a lot easier since you can just leave the arena at any time if you need a breather and the boss doesn't regain its health if you do. Some would call it cheating. I call it using my environment.

My only incredibly small critique of Silksong is that in HK, the secret zones really do feel like secrets and the secret end boss feels earned. If you do just the two acts of Silksong, it feels like incredibly incomplete like might as well just fold Silk and Soul into the main story.

my friend got it in act 2 dash jumping with speed buffs from a nearby ledge, it's just a mask fragment, there's that one, another one in mount fay and 2 from quests that are only accessible in act 3, so you don't need that if you want 9 masks in act 2

I'm not really a fan of this genre, and I was filtered by HK1, but I do enjoy the quality. I like the music, art, character designs, all of it. SS is only 8 gigs too. Even though I'm near getting filtered by SS too, I still have a fondness for these two games.

You need to do a sprint jump off nearby higher ground and use the wings and maybe the harpoon, if I remember correctly.
