I could maybe see her having skills without him, but there's no way an Ultimate won't include Gohan. Not only because such moves in Videl's moveset mostly include him, but also because she has nothing of note that could be one.

One thing I imagined though, while Videl would more likely to be a Technical, they could make her into a Tank considering how long she got beaten up by Spopovich kek.

I think Cabba should inherit SSB. Caulifla should get an original evolution of super Saiyan (like youngjiji's ultimate super Saiyan). Kale should get something that looks like SS3 like God Belly.

Caulifla has pretty much nothing going for her if you give it a deeper analysis than her tits. >>539224930 is a truth nuke. Caulifla is utterly outdone by her own fusion that acts exactly like her.
Goten and trunks on the other hand are just underdeveloped. Trunks has his future counterpart to bounce off of and Goten's the son of the main character so there more potential with the two of them.
