It's a personal preference thing, some people just want to get all the relics and then play around in endgame fights, some people use the powerboost to try the harder content, some want to get early 200mils to secure hs spots, some want to chase the league points. My task drive dropped off pretty hard after the last relic+region unlocks for most of the leagues I've done.

Clue Connoisseur or Production Master? My only grip with Clue is that you still have to get the items for emotes and shit, and some items are shit to get as an ironman.

Yah farming frenzy was a trap. You'll be strong enough not to need overloads; so just buy and use supers. Agility has more than enough tasks to make up for whatever you'd get in farming and you don't have to train it.

Vampyrism aura from War's would probably be enough sustain. Only problem is grinding them is slow as hell at low levels. Probably Croesus is the best bet for that.
There just aren't that many sustain options in the early game. You could try bringing a shield to take advantage of Rejuvenate/Regenerate and build adrenaline by using defensives while in combat with a mob stuck behind the safe spot. That'd probably work as well, but it'd be painfully slow.
There's also Necromancy for the easy mode style because of how busted the built in healing is

For t1 and 6 yes. I think farming isn't actually as crazy since the 100% hit rate slightly lowers ovl value and mazcab shop covers a lot of your potion needs, still a great relic but i think the other two aren't that far behind. And the slayer one i think for early is worse than fairy cause like half my tps are blocked still.. the logic for if you can go somewhere seems very janky with the various teleports due to how they unlocked stuff
