Then you're an idiot. Even in your example that's a ~7% damage reduction, which is a ~300 eHP increase on a 4k health pool or the equivalent of 28 sta + you can't receive a crit or glancing blow. Now there's much better shields and you can rice your block even higher, but you shouldn't increase it too much because there's diminishing returns on the chance. Just like armor, dodge, parry, resistances, health, defense, damage reduction etc, it is another factor that you have to layer to increase your eHP as a tank. Like you will hit diminishing returns on armor fairly fast and then you're barely getting anything from that in terms of damage reduction.

Not everyone enjoys single player questing for the millionth time and the time between 60>MC is the most social period Vanilla WoW gets. After that, everyone clams up in their guilds or remains a shitter and quits. The new "content" simply isnt fun, especially having to do it all over again for the millionth time. Note: fear is bugged in various ways on this server. It breaks far too quickly in pvp, people have speculated this is due to increased hp + damage everyone has while the fear formula mighty depend on static values which haven't been updated to compensate. It also allows the target to move during the fear, so melee will just run towards you even if they can't attack for 2-3 seconds making it useless for distancing. desu alliance has plenty of twinks but they're mostly NA babs playing NA hours. Alliance 20-29 bracket is 10 times worse than 10-19. Things are only starting to look better in 40-49
