It's just part of game, i literally had multiple people when i was plat 1 in promo to diamond years ago in older seasons, throw the game just to prevent me from ranking up because they are 3000 games deep hardstuck D4 or don't care to climb further and act like they are god.
I deranked to D4 from D1 and back to D1 and back down to D4 within 2 days. Today in D3 i had people DCIng mid game 3 games in a row and lost said games. I had a D1 Zoe mid first timer cuz his Aurora was banned and he didn't wanna dodge another game, he went 0-8 by min 10. When your enemy d2 jungler have 6 kills by min 6 it's not much you can do about it. Just queue again or stop this insanity, at some point it's just a grind and not a skill issue. Depending on your rank though there are always ways to imrove your win ratio.

I would only agree with you on this for absolutely tiny streams with like 5 viewers where the streamer can actually interact with their chat and get to know them, or streaming to a call of friends who you are actually talking to. Otherwise the experience is parasocial with neither party actually socializing. The streamer doesn't form a bond with any of his hundreds of viewers, he just gets off on the approval of having viewers.
