Tips I took for my Tremor MDE 50 Adv run:
>Starting Gifts: Prestige Card, Golden Urn and Kaleidoscope (while the cost enhance discount is desirable, HELL'S KITCHEN locks you out of Kaleidoscope and can get Sharp Needle there too. Avoid enhancing Gifts until getting the gift or needing)
>Floor 2 pick HELL'S CHICKEN for Burn Gifts to help the Thumb Units including Sharp Needle and Marinade (this costs you the opportunity to pick Kaleidoscope)
>Floor 3 pick A CERTAIN WORLD for Chief Butler Arts
>Floor 4 pick RAILWAY LINE 2 for Bridle (50% HP boost is necessary in MDE)
>At some point pick TKT for the watches (Floors 5-10)
>At some point pick the Bokgak for more watches (Floors 5-10)
>At some point the LCE Intervallo Pack (Floors 5-10)
After the above I focused on Poise and general helpful Gifts (I failed to get Sharp Needle Thread). I got 2 watch fusions though.
>Floor 11: Impenetrable Path (it's the start of the Adversities, their clashing values are bearable and they still have staggers so you will be able to deal with the part they get more actions than your sinners)
>Floor 12: Who Couldn't Become Bloodfiends (close reasons to the above. Unfocused encounter but they still have stagger thresholds)
>Floor 13: Railway Line 3 Orange Terminus: 3 sequential abnormalities. Clamp, Moth and Contempt they lost their stagger thresholds. Your SP is now limited so you will stop seeing DOMINATINGS so much.)
I started losing clashes at 13. Greenery is considered a valid pack but Gossypium is risky without the stagger.
>Floor 14: Bridle (by this point you likely are losing many clashes. Try directing them to a sinner that can take a hit or two. The battle ends when the Buddha statue is killed so if you can burst it you won)
>Floor 15: SEA (the Crabs). The crabs can have AoE and counters but the wounded ones attack each other to heal. This buys you time. Their values are so high now that they won't heal their full health. Time your attacks and use sinners as sacrificial pawns)

On the first floor you can take a few hits, 4 is probably too little but I normally start with 5 leveled guys and then swap in later

This was my team and my frontline. It worked for what it is, with zero casualties until Floor 13 where Faust died. Then in floor 14 a few more died. In Floor 15 nearly everyone aside Faust died.
I actually started with Yuridyve Hong Lu but got rusty coin (that repeats a single coin skill) really early so I switched to Lord along the way. It worked really good since Horse Sang in 2nd slot made him take advantage of the Gifts that only work in #1 and #2 units so I essentially had extra empowered attacks, but he really fell off by the 14 floor. In the 15th I was basically rushing leaving slower units to clash in hopes the sheer damage of repeated attacks could stagger someone and Horse Sang died by the AoEs, breaking this fragile combo. Some anons recommended Yuridive Hong Lu because he benefited from the Watch, if it helps him clash at those floors he'd definitely be the better choice or else it's a desperate struggle. A bit more damage isn't worth it, specially in a team without anyone with Evade.
An anon pointed out Rosespanner Gregor and T Corp Rodion were bad choices. He is probably right. They couldn't clash at all, their main use was diverting crabs
Further notes: I fused one of the watches in the TMK Bokgak and fused the different one with opposite materials in the other TKT floor. I assume a reasonably lucky person could fulfill both in a single run.
I did NOT get the Sharp Needle Thread. It probably would have made my life far more bearable later on with T. Don spamming the QoH EGO.
THE MAX CAP SP ADVERSITY DOESN'T REDUCE YOUR SP BEFORE THE FIGHT YOU CAN RESTORE EVERYONE TO 45 VIA THE SHOP HEALING TO GET A HEADSTART BEFORE IT INEVITABLY FALLS TO 30.
This is the best tip I can give you. You have no idea how BAD it is to lose a clash at those higher floors. The only reason I won is because the SEA Pack is the Crab pack and the Crabs attack each other, less damage to your sinners and all. And even then Faust was the last one standing and I was lucky.

That's it. I reposted cause I saw some anons struggling with the packs to pick 11 floor onwards and thought this could be helpful.
If I were to do this all over again (I won't) I guess I'd have reseted in Floor 2 until I got Sharp Needle straight away. Everything worked out in the end but that fixed damage would have done wonders.

Oh also, I have looked back. Try to get most of your shop needs done by the 10th floor cause the prices get bullshit high following that. I was basically using all the cost to recover the party's SP.
I also advise crafting the 5 stone fusion before reaching Floor 11. I didn't need it in a low Adversity run, but at 50 adversity you WILL need that. I would NOT have won if I didn't.

This is the first roguelike boss on the lowest difficulty level (1 out of 15).
He has many different mechanics that require you to position your units in a specific way, as he's nuking half the map every 15 seconds. However, it being the easiest difficulty, you're able to tank his nukes and kill him relatively fast.
The high difficulty cheese strat for this boss is to try and stall him, taking advantage of him not moving during the nuke and having relics that decrease the cd for your units deployment.

Xichun is just overplayed on how bad she is. She works pretty good for boss fights outside of MD as long as she has a team backing her, since she can maintain count better than a lot of units.
Cockclair is the one who sucks at maintaining count, and works way better as a DPS burst slash unit for unfocused encounters, and MD farming.

Not usually. People can even use some units but there isn't much disagreement over it. Partly because in the vast majority of the game it isn't something someone would care about, and when shit goes crazy then there the only disagreement is in who is best in clearing the job rather than who is worst at it.
For example: the new game mode of the Mirror Dungeon Extreme is quite merciless. People are not using an unit that will just die out there. But the Rupture and Tremor teams are neck to neck into the best to clear it. Nobody is gonna ask ''hey dude why not use Sunshower Heathcliff'' or something like that.
