It was an attempt by Sonic Team to rename the character to follow the naming conventions of the rest of the cast. The fact Amy has a normal name is clearly from the early days where they wanted "Miles Prower" to be the only way Sonic's sidekick was known before SOA told them to name him Tails.
It's a trivial thing from very early in the series lifespan that was long abandoned. And someone making a "WAAAA FLYNN YOU RUINED IT YOU TAINTED SUCH (trivial) NICKNAME!" is just pathetic. Dislike it like a civilized man.

No, Anti-Tails went by Miles after Scourge reinvented the gang. Though Anti-Rotor is another example, using Rotor's nickname from early in SATAM/Archie's run.
Anti-Tails is reversal of Tails: he hates Scourge and is more into magic (Tails' uncle in Archie is a wizard). Rosie is a contrast with Archie Amy because the way Archie handled Amy's age-up was to have her use the Ring of Acorns to physically make herself older. Rosie tried that, but it backfired by mentally breaking her, not only making her more childish but also a psycho because Amy's characterization in the series in general at the time was perceived (and sometimes drifted into) yandere territory.

Looks like SxSG on Switch 2 has a hidden toggle for DLSS that doesn’t work.
The way it’s implemented makes it look like they tried to get DLSS and a few other Nvidia specific features like frame gen, g-sync, and physx in the engine but it just wasn’t compatible.
This either means an entire generation of FSR1.0 or Sega is gonna have to push them to upgrade Hedgehog Engine to support Nvidia features.

Well, Anti-Mobius was introduced way back in the day, back when the comic was largely gag heavy. Penders was even one of the co-writers on the first story. It's one of those things you weren't meant to think too deeply on, just "Robotnik is a kind veternarian, the Freedom Fighters are punks". You now realize that the original Kintober/Anti-Robotnik, logically speaking, died and was replaced by a new one
But it never went away even as the comic grew more serious and even expanded in some ways (Pre-Flynn, you had O'Nux who came from Atlantis I think).

If they make any changes, they would need to re-record everything. The Japanese version might be able to get away with just new voice lines if Eggman (and Tails?) is the only one with a different seiyuu.
The English version is especially at risk of a re-recording given the precedent set with Generations.

I don't like this scene. Sonic threatens Surge if she were to ever cause harm to the restoration. Sonic isn't above death threats, he does it in Forces. That alone isn't bad, but his dynamic with Surge doesn't really... allow this. He's already the overdog, and in the year since this issue Surge has rigidly stuck to her plan of pretending to be a good guy and only targeting Sonic. To make matters more confusing, Eggman Nega is still her nemesis, but now uses his Rivals backstory of being from the future and hating present Eggman.

Sega, for some reason, refuses to let Silver and Blaze's association with each other in 06 go, so you get stuff like them talking during Generations' ending or being paired with each other in Colors DS. An anon has explained that Sega is attempting a "Tanabata" relationship (google it), but it's weakened by the sheer difference in setting (Silver is not only from a different dimension than Blaze, but a different time of said dimension) as well as Blaze's presence in 06 in general raising far too many questions to just shrug and roll with it by virtue of being an already established character is just there to give Silver a teammate.
