I think Teogonia suffers from being the first and having the most tanoshii party SoL part of the story + few characters.
Gehenna is really good but the staggered releases make it hard to judge its world setting versus the events which paint stories set within it that make you curious to learn more.
Niflheim is recent but I was left more than satisfied with every single character from it, so I'd have to go with it.

Her lack of debuffs and being a single-target only unit are the main reasons, but she has niche abilities (Stun immunity, barrier removal) that make her potentially quite a bit better than AChris in ST scenarios that also make use of those niche abilities. Compared to Yukino, Satsuki is a lot easier to skip, and she's relatively easy to skip in general as an ST attacker with situational abilities. That being said, she does make clearing Dark 9-10 a lot easier (and reasonable for non-whales).

Leonmaru: Super strong attacker, with some downsides to be mindful of
Satsuki isn't particularly versatile considering she is single target only and can't debuff as much as AChristina can. As a selfish Attacker who only buffs herself, she's also fairly vulnerable to being replaced in the future by a unit with higher numbers. Her overall pulling priority isn't that high, and it's definitely possible to just skip and borrow her depending on your box. That being said, she's a super strong attacker that I can recommend pulling to people with plenty of jewels.

Common points/my thoughts:
Satsuki seems like a strong but somewhat skippable character. She does have some shred, but I think she follows the trend of "selfish" characters who only buff themselves and deal damage (Kanon, Iroha) and lack team buffs/TP. Units like that are certainly strong and nice to have, but I think they don't reach "must-pull" tier and end up being okay to skip in the long run. She seems like a decent pull if you have plenty of jewels, but if you're lacking jewels then this banner seems like an opportunity to skip.
