The DPS slot is a freebie so you can use someone like Sumomomomo or whoever is the weakness. Lot of LB3 required so thats its endgame but its pretty flexible depending on how much firepower you need. For example you can squeeze in the Yanagi + Yui combo which lets you pop off on turn 1 with OD. Mari SS5 + Yui + Karen is also pretty sick (LB4 Karen Unison required).

Yuina Unison has pseudo OD because she can give the entire team extra turn. This is mostly useful for her squad gimmick "when in extra turn, get x benefit", but you can also use it turn 1 to go turn 1 OD (Admiral Aoi --> skill orb --> EX --> OD1).

You can also stack 1 turn debuffs like this. But its mostly just for speedrunning because you'd rather just build up to OD2/3 normally and then go for highscores than for a turn 1 kill which would give you the bare minimum

Nanami's kind of long but basically they made her LB3 base kit. LB3 was a hard requirement because she uses a different resource called Energy Points instead of SP. LB3 made her gain 2 every turn instead of 1. Then they redid every other skill to match. Shes still powercrept by Iroha thougbeit but at least shes usable now.

Yotsuha used to have super small funnels but now she has yunyun funnels. She also now has the +25% attack passive if you have 3 lights, same as Aoi and other similar elements

Sharo SS3 now actually gives double the amount of buffs because otherwise she was a brick.

Theres a lot of others, there was a buff after the battle rework too. Just some notable stuff

Except it kinda is, they are a bunch of teenagers, chipping one of them for misbehaving is just gonna make the rest of the squad less cooperative with Tezuka. Also, outside of giving them slap on the wrest, Tezuka is pretty hands off in her leadership. She knew about Ichigo bullying Aoi for example, and didn't do jackshit about it, she is the type that would let 30G sort their own problems on their own.

because the whole "top brass is monitoring us 24/7" is pretty inconsistent and doesn't make much sense even in main story, so probably shouldn't expect it to make sense in events either. I think Maeda just came up with that idea because it's sounded neat, but then realize how much of a pain trying to write around it, so he just kinda ignore it half of the time.
