I would turn off bottomless clip in this custom mode if I could, while still making ammo be a finite resource, but there's no option for that. Would be neat for a Quake-like mode.

Problem is that would massively nerf vehicles which is what sets Halo apart from every other shooter. Halo has the best vehicular combat in any game, even better than Battlefield and Fortnite (which are both no joke and still fun), but Halo has a much better balance between Infantry and Vehicle combat. Buffing infantry too much especially in terms of movement speed and lack of reloading would either destroy the vehicle combat, or you'd need to buff vehicles to keep up. And at that point that would no longer be Halo. Modern Halo is already way too fast, it should slow the heck down. 3 got it almsot perfect, they just need to polish up on the balance of certain things (maybe buff dual-wielding and nerf the Gauss Hog, Spartan Laser, and Scorpion).

If anything vehicles in Halo are too weak. They're not on every map so they should be important when they appear. In Halo 1 you can pistol a tank across the map, it's absurd. Reach vehicles being made of Chinesium is the most memorable thing about that game. Even in Halo 2 which has better vehicle balance they can be taken out relatively fast. Vehicles need massive buffs.

I don't want Halo to become Quake, but it is nice to play Quake in Halo.

Competitive Halo is almost a completely different game. The communication is paramount, and even the absolute best /hg/ players (L3p, Goyim, Droid, Muffin, etc.) are pretty bad at communicating throughout a match at anything that remotely resembles competitive communication.

I'll never understand why Halo 3 never let you pocket dual wielded weapons. In Halo 2 is was understood that they were great in niche context and when they switched to BR the game was completely warped. So pocketing them might have led to AR starts achieving its goal of not allowing BR to warp the game again. Bungie of course are notoriously terrible at multiplayer balance and for some reason think Halo 1 is the least balanced game when it's the most.

if you can't get headshots consistently, the pistol becomes a poor choice
it does decent damage with body shots but it runs out of ammo much quicker than a plasma rifle or plasma pistol without headshots

For some reason, anons like to spam her or mention her in other threads, even other vtuber generals. They might just be fans wanting Mint to collab with other vtubers or help expand her viewer base, or they could be antis trying to annoy people and give Mint a bad name. It's hard to tell sometimes.

It's kind of like that one guy who keeps spamming Miyeon from G-Idle (Kpop group) in other boards instead of keeping those posts in the KPOP general in /mu/. He may really like her but the reality is that he's indirectly (and in some cases directly) helping create antis who might give his oshi a hard time in the long run out of spite. Or he could be an anti himself and this is what he wants to achieve anyway. Either way, this kind of behavior does have consequences even if they think what they're doing is completely harmless (Unfortunately it's not). It's a shame because both Mint and Miyeon are very sweet and genuinely nice girls, from what I've seen.

And it's always the nice girls that get preyed upon like this because they're willing to forgive more often so that ends up being taken advantage of by bad actors or maybe it's just ignorant anons who are just happy to mention their oshi everywhere, but may not understand (or care) about the real consequences of what they're doing. But sometimes this kind of behavior also creates more fans so maybe that's their angle. It is a risk though, and if it backfires, the one who pays for it isn't the anon doing it, it's their oshi that suffers the consequences for it.
