Some of the changes discussed are kind of leaving me even more disappointed.
Evoker is basically going to go the Catalyst route instead of dialing down on the mono-attunement thing which is 100% what sets the whole spec apart from the rest. Seems like we're getting more traits like "if you take X or Y familiar, their special attack is upgraded" and autocast for the F5 skill.
Skrittmancer is changing the "one relic is offensive and one is defensive" trait to baseline… Which is worthless because you don't really care about the relics in the first place, you just use them for the damage boost and initiative refund.
The list of changes for Conduit is pretty much empty, with CMC saying they're "looking into it" so either they'll remake the spec from scratch, or increase all stat boosts by 50% or so and call it a day.
On the other hand, at least Luminary is getting its own virtues.

I've been going through them again for the portal scrolls and I like most of them. If you want to absolutely deck out all your trinkets and back piece with ascendant gear then LWS3 is the place to go. LA was left in a destroyed state for a long time before we got the new Black Lion-approved themepark city.
