Skyrim's Got Talent is literally just a play-instruments mod while Bards College Expansion completely revamps the College of Bards quest, adds new gameplay mechanics, and a bunch of other stuff like diss battles and songs of your accomplishments. This is how paid mods should look. You don't question why it costs money, considering all the professional voice acting and even a few Bethesda voice actors

Most mods have VAs, they're not all AI. Kaidan and SDA are some of the most prominent examples, call them cringe if you want but there's thousands of lines for each of them. LotD is also voice acted, and so is Bruma, and beyond reach, and vigilant, and pretty much any other mod worth anything.
