As a code monkey, I could kinda see how that turned out. The usual order page is likely strict for purchasing and no uploads from the customer's side is expected. But, to accommodate the banner submission, rather than edit the order page for that one function, just have it somewhere else (thus, making the testing/debugging, etc easy) without affecting/degrading the working order page.

Then have a background batch file to do the menial tasks of checking if the banner is already paid (thus, the "have to use the same account that paid for the banner upload the image" rule), the submitted banner used the proper template, etc.

P-UR Rinze summary. It's a long ass commu that turned into a long ass summary, apologies for the imminent text dump.

>The Girl from the Painting
The commu opens with Rinze narrating a story: a child finds a painting of a barefoot girl, and bewitched by it, draws red, high-heeled shoes over it. The girl in the painting magically comes to life, wearing the shoes, and escapes the canvas to go explore the world. Turns out it's the plot of the movie Rinze has been hired to advertise. She and a few other young talents have been asked to hold a panel about their take on the movie, to be recorded and released later as promotional material.
P and Rinze chat about the story a bit. Rinze is quite fond of it and very obviously identifies with the girl from the painting, both as a fellow "young girl who discovers a wide new world", and because of the detail of the high-heeled shoes: we find out in a flashback Rinze has also been hired for another unrelated job, a cosplay event asking her to wear a very un-nadeshiko-like outfit, including tall high heels she's not at all used to walking in. But that's still days away, the panel takes priority.
Rinze and P's conversation shifts to the ending of the story. Rinze has also read the source material the movie is based on, and mentions the ending differs between the two versions. In the movie the magic ends, the red heels symbolically break, and the girl is sucked back into the painting with a mysterious smile on her face. In the original book this never happens, and the girl is left free to wander the world. The two wonder about the meaning of the smile, with P hypothesizing the girl might have been satisfied with her journey, not needing magic anymore. Regardless, Rinze strongly prefers the original finale and worries about how to express her feelings about it during the panel, but P tells her to just b urself and that the footage will be edited afterwards anyway.

Over the next few days, Rinze grows restless, worried she hasn't matured at all since becoming an idol and that all she does is let others coddle her. She receives a terribly timed package from her mother, filled with food, new clothes, and a note about sending more, which just reinforces Rinze's feelings of helpless overreliance.
Rinze starts pushing herself harder during work, obsessed with growing up as quickly as possible, until she nearly injures herself during practice. P confronts her, correctly guessing she's still bothered by what they discussed back then. P reaffirms his opinion and adds that he appreciates her desire to grow up, but what Rinze is doing right now is more like a form of self-denial. Concluding that his words alone won't get through to her, he proposes a different plan: the two of them will separate for a while.

Needless to say, Rinze of all idols does not take separation well. P has tasked her with "confronting herself all on her own", cutting all contact besides the bare minimum until the cosplay event in order to prove her self-sufficiency. At first Rinze is uneasy, unsure what he's even expecting from her. After a lot of fidgeting, she decides the best thing to do is to commit her feelings to paper. We see Rinze begin writing a lengthy letter addressed to P as much as herself, recounting her whole life so far and everyone who has ever helped her, friends, family, and of course Producer.
Some time later, a serene-looking Rinze meets P at the office, her answer ready: she is a childish, clumsy, stubborn girl who is in a rush to grow up. P, happy with her self-reflection, is quick to point out her many qualities in return.

In that sense, her childish side has been a boon, and to reject it altogether as a mistake would mean denying all the good it's brought her. Even with her feelings of inadequacy replaced with gratitude, Rinze admits she still wishes to grow up quickly and become more independent. But she acknowledges there are things she simply can't handle yet; until she can figure them out, she will keep relying on Producer and others. For the time being, it's fine to be a bit childish.
Later that day, at the cosplay event, Rinze is in the green room struggling to keep her balance in high heels. Rather than being discouraged by it, she feels confident someday she'll become a woman capable of wearing those shoes. Producer comes in, offering Rinze his help. The two walk to the stage arm in arm, with Rinze musing to herself. "The day might come when I'll be able to walk all on my own, without holding onto your arm. Should that day come... I believe I will still hold onto your arm, certainly. I want to walk by your side forever. That is childish Rinze's childish wish." She addresses P directly before stepping on stage, thanking him again for lending her his hand: literally, right now as well as when they first met, and figuratively, with all he does for her.

Overflowing with gratitude, she remarks how her journey has been so fulfilling that even if it were to end right now, she would not be sad. Of course, the heels on her shoes immediately snap. But instead of being returned to the painting, a familiar, manly hand comes to help her up. In the car, Rinze mouths Producer's name. P doesn't think much of her sleep talking, and expresses his desire to stay by Rinze's side so she might grow up free from anxiety.
Arriving at the dorms, P finishes what he was trying to say earlier: as a thank you for taking part in the event, the staff decided to gift the shoes to Rinze. Surprised, Rinze repeats her thoughts from back in the green room, this time to P's face: one day she will definitely be a woman worthy of those shoes.

No Earth shattering developments, just an overall strong commu. No filler, good balance of personal trouble and PLove fanservice (actually less of the latter than I expected going in), SCP does not come off as dense as a brick, and some excellent voicework (especially anguished Rinze noises).
The themes at play are interesting coming after her Paracolle, because we actually did get to see a more grown up Rinze. PC Rinze is said to be a more mature and capable idol, and seeks greater independence still (eager to leave the dorms and live on her own). She is likely close to the ideal adult who can fit those shoes, though she regrets not having matured at all where love is concerned. Was the UR meant to reference her PC, in particular? Maybe, though really these are some very widely applicable coming-of-age tropes.

Onzon cards don't feel super important because yaruki already makes it really easy to stay healthy in general and you get some onzon for free. It's also pretty easy to sustain permanent kyouki 2 in the second ~half of an audition so swapping isn't necessary (like it can be for kyouki if you have +7 cost from Isshinfuran). The damage bonus is great, but also, cycling through your deck faster is fantastic when kouinshou really wants to spam +1 card crap for Kagayaku HImi he procs.

Damage could end up being a concern if you want to farm BiS 1500/1500/1500 memories for certain cards. The last Asari event the 4 prioritized cards were basically the 4 best possible cards so you could be plenty happy with just those, but this time it's a little bit more awkward. Minna Daisuki, Hoshikuzu, and Yumeiro Lip are all great and unprioritized, to maximize your shot at getting them you'll have to run a deck without +1 turn or Kagayaku Kimi
