There is a special banner for 100% achievement completion, yeah, but hidden achievements don't count towards overall completion.

All of them are doable on floor 11-12 if you aren't using a complete shitter team with a collection of gifts.
Try avoiding NCorp on floor 15(doable but tricky), NEVER pick bloodfiends and cathys rape basement after floor 13.
Everything else is fair game, ALWAYS save the crabs for floor 15, they are the easiest pack by far.

Floors 11 and 12 are up to you (probably not bloodfiends though). for floors above that, look for Greenery, Bridle of Infinity, and S.E.A., in that order. Avoid all other packs if you can, if you can't, King in Binds fight is an ok fallback if you have good AoE EGOs and the sharp needle.

Yeah, the 10% spawn rate seems low per node (2 per floor) in floor 11-15. Unless you spam MDE everyday, you aren't likely to meet all 4 bosses at least once. I do MDE once a week just to try and fish for hidden bosses and I've only met one since the hidden boss mechanic was released.
The spawn chance should increase per floor in order to make the hidden bosses more threatening at higher floors and if the risk to reward is worth it. Something like 10% increased chance per floor which would cap out at 50% spawn chance in Floor 15.

Such a shame that such a mechanic (hidden bosses) is locked behind extremely low rng (10%) and only one boss per floor.

Enough keywords for the Gifts, Evade etc. When I went to MDE with Mao Faust I got really unlucky with the Assist Defense and she ended up losing clashes, getting staggered or killed off. Something I find strange is that people hold up kali as an unreachable powerlevel. Sure it's true that it'd be insanely difficult to get to her level, but that's kind of missing something really important. She doesn't have some inherent quality unique to her alone that made her the strongest that no one could reach. It was a confluence of a strong willed, high level fixer being in the right place at the right time. I'm sure there are other fixers, grade 1s and colors, who if put in the same spot would have ended up as 'the strongest' instead, even if only a handful. The Head def sends somebody, and Claws seem to be the general enforcers of the Head from what we've seen, ergo they send Claws after tax evaders.

Technically, you don't need any Claws, the beholder lady took care of that process. Zena even notes that even if the Library by some miracle killed her and Baral, the eviction would still happen regardless.
Zena and Baral were just there to pick up Garion, and try to kill Angela in the sense why not give it a shot; Either they kill her, or she gets exiled, and it's not like Zena has anywhere else to be at the moment so might as well see if they can finish some bonus objectives.
