Shizune's writer is the most interesting to me. Guy has no interviews, his forum posts are interesting to read(unlike release version of Shizune's route lmao) and while I get what he was aiming for, I feel like ultimately he failed(just like Shizune). It would be also interesting to hear why his alpha route was discarded completely(and not just have endings rewritten). Out of all alpha material it seems the most "normal", even depressing parts are neatly tied into the story and there is no random bullshit like with Hanako and Lilly.

Also I was watching the hive mind interview.

If he had been left to talk without mentioning ks I'd have guessed emi because his personality bled through into the route (fine because he seems pretty chill).

He seemed unimpressed with his own work in places which is a bit unkind to himself imo. Emis route was bubbly and fun, like the girl and how you'd hope a hs thing would be. It didn't end up my favourite but it did convince me to carry on and read the others.

Reading and watching 4LS's various interviews and works years after release really makes me wonder about A22. He was one of the longest standing members and was so instrumental in the creation of the game, but after release basically completely fucking disappeared outside of one post on the forums a few years back. It seems implausible that he would stop creating as I think every other member of 4LS kept writing/drawing/composing and I wish I could read some of his other works. I get that he probably strongly believes in death of the author and that works should stand on their own but it would be interesting to see how he's developed over the years.

One issue we have in regards to that is that we dont have a lot of room to work with in regards to new players/player names. Allow me to argue that Thread Number is quite iconic and it always grabs people's attention with the whole "So many OPs holy shit" prestige but i can understand why it might seem dull as a gimmick or hard to accurately represent on the pitch.
