I think Heavy should have a hammer and sickle like this. The hammer (Mouse 1) would deal very high knockback, while the sickle (Mouse 2) would deal negative knockback, hooking players in towards you. The main gimmick of this weapon would be that it also works on teammates, minus any damage dealt, for the purpose of repositioning them.

In case you're not just shilling it's difficult to respond to the stupidity of your actual point but I'll try. TF2 crossover items were added at first because it was literally promotional, they didn't just do it for the sake of it. The rest of the items from the past were generally a lot more reserved, countless people have described this already, there wasn't a gigantic banana hat or a plastic tank on top of the soldier's head, I shouldn't have to babytalk you by explaining that. But it's important to note that non-promotional hats used to be EQUALLY obtainable, there wasn't a graded cosmetic system that incentivized people to make tacky shit because "it'll be rare, not everyone will have this banana hat!"
Also it absolutely doesn't matter how new workshoppers are to the game. It matters what they pump out. There are "old guard workshoppers" who still make trash
