She feels like what chargers should've been from the start. You deploy her at the start of the stage for very cheap (when she's maxed like that), she overpowers early enemies with her stats on S2, prints some DP by killing them, then by the time her skill or the enemies run out, you retreat her for full refund and you discount the next operator by 2DP.
Basically no commitment to the deployed operators but you handled early pressure and made whatever fatass you want to deploy cheaper.

Overall I'm not sure if I prefer this IS or Phantom's. The dice mechanics are novel, but ultimalely I only used them two times at most at the very beginning. Nothing exiting on the relic front either, though most of them are probably locked.
