The world of Umamusume exists in a sort of time warp that I'm gonna call Umatime. Where the seasons are constantly changing and multiple Arima Kinens and Japanese Derbies can happen in the span of a few months in real time.

Roughly 10 Uma years pass in the span of 1 real year, however an umahour is still an hour and a umaday is still 24 hours. Basically its just that the seasons are constantly changing really fast and society has chosen to accelerate their holiday and race schedules to keep pace with it. So every Umamonth is just a few days long. One of the only few exceptions is in schooling, and things like that, since accelerated seasons wont accelerate your learning ability. In order to graduate from Tracen you still need to attend it for 3 to 4 REAL years. That's why even though Maruzen has been racing for decades in umatime she's still in high school.

Also, in addition to having super strength despite their obviously low muscle mass, part of the other mysterious properties of umamusume is that their bodies develop and they gain strength from training in umatime at the same rate as a human would in real time.

The mechanics doc tells us that I should have an effective 1200*1.125*mood+40 speed under these circumstances, with 1.125 being the course modifier from the stamina/guts thresholds. At great mood, that's 1417 speed. The mechanics doc further tells us that
1. On a 1600 m track, base track speed is B = 20 + (2000-1600)/1000 = 20.4 m/s.
2. Front Runner in the last phase uses 0.962x of that, yielding P = 20.4 * 0.962 = 19.6248 m/s.
3. 1417 speed adds a speed term S = sqrt(500 * 1417) * 0.002 ≈ 1.683448841 m/s, yielding a total late-race base speed of L = P + S = 21.308248841 m/s.
4. The final last spurt speed is (L + 0.01*B)*1.05 + S = 24.271310124 m/s ≈ 24.27 m/s.
That's cool and all, but can we verify this being the case ingame? With access to raw race data we can. Check the replay on https://ayaliz.github.io/hakuraku//#/racedata?bin=Jbav66Udqj with speed display toggled on and you'll see the winning Seiun hitting exactly 24.27 m/s on the final spurt. Final spurt speed is also notably exempt from per-phase random wit for target speed, hence why we can calculate this value without random effects getting in the way.

If what they say about the stanima requirments for this CM is correct then left, you dont got the sekrit spd bonus but you get the 900 total stam+spd+skills that Witgod recommended.
