What are some good late night Horde RP communities (NA)?

Is there some extra something you have to do to level up your artifact weapon? I've hit 80 and I'm in 570ish gear now, but my artifact weapons are 365.
I've just been questing and doing the research missions while I'm at it.

you get piles of sand in inventory from scraping gear randomly, more often if artifact lagging behind in level, yesterday i leveled an alt with 200% xp bonus and it had artifact 188 around level 77, i scrapped about 50 gear pieces and got few different sands that each increased artifact level by 20 or 50, usually they give you +3 level when you have a steady gear/artifact progression.
tl:dr - do all the quests and immediately open boxes and scrap items you no longer use

there is if you never played legion. if you don't just click through all the quests the main quests and class hall is easily 2 weeks by itself at a 2-3 hour a day pace.

early it is kind of slow but it takes off some at the end if you're doing the main questlines and daily/repeatable bonus stuff. i just stuck to normal with a rogue so something like 10-60 took me 21 hours then the last 20 took just about 5 and ended with 71% exp bonus. maybe a couple hours afk in there, and some benefit from seeing all the stupid caves before but i did also read most of the quests. you can just watch people breeze by you while doing that. i think you'd have to be pretty new to be much over 40 hours to 80 on first run all things considered.

This is how the Horde PC's been treated for over a decade. Whenever interacting with Alliance NPCs and having to bail them out, the Horde player constantly gets shat on for shit Blizzard forces them to do in the narrative. And then Blizzard proceeds to white wash and ignore anything bad the blue NPCs do.
There's a reason burnout among Horde players with the story is at an all time high, because it's just hard to care about a narrative that constantly shits on you for the actions it makes you do, then tells you put up with it while you hang with characters you don't even care for, who are shitting on you.

Horde wants to hang with Horde characters for a reason, but that can't happen cause Alliance players want to see their characters at the forefront. I've been playing a vanilla server recently and I can confidently say there is a difference. Alliance is grand and massive and because of that it takes forever to walk anywhere and travel . Meanwhile Horde is half finished but literally everything you need is in Orgrimmar which is one fifth the size of Stormwind. No fuss, no frills, just gameplay.

I swapped into Heroic around level 25-27ish. And was pretty much rolling over mobs as a DPS until level 70. Then I got a bit squishy, but the 250% buff speeds up the leveling so much it still goes by quickly.
Plus, once you get to your artifact ability, you can pretty much fuck up any mob. The Fel ability melts shit.

There's no confirmation the mount quests are in yet, given stuff like the Order-hall sets aren't in either. If they get released, they'll be with the Broken Shore content which drops November 4th/5th with the last follower of each order hall and the last bit of the order-hall questlines.

Unironically WQs seem terrible inefficient.
Like regular quests are never complex and are done very fast give a box with mots and currency and are abundant, it makes sense to 100% every zones quests for power gain, but the WQs just deliver at a much lower rate and the heroic boxes gear drops fall off hard past 584 Ilevel, like suddenly its all just scrap for a notably higher amount of time and a lower rate of getting boxes cus WQs are almost never stacked up 4 at a time.
