You forgot Jeanne is based on real french student girl according to Takeuchi. She was at same college where Takeuchi studied, before he met someone as model of Arcueid Brunestud’s design from Tsukhime come to his mind.

Fate Skipper (proto proto) was the first thing Nasu wrote, an otome game where historical figures in bishi form fought over a female self-insert (Arthur, Gil, and Cu being the main boys).

Then Takeuchi convinced Nasu to make Arthur a girl, and here we are. Originally there was plan to release FSN in way how Nasu is releasing Tsukihime remake now. With first part being named Fate/Stay Night and contain only Fate and UBW routes. And later would come second part named Fate/Other Night and contain Sakura Route and Illya Route. During production however the writing of Sakura's route lasted longer than originally expected and overall delays caused the production team to realize that 2-part release would be too expensive for them. So it was eventually decided that everything would be released in single game.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this is not a shitpost, though you worded it like one, but I can understand if someone doesn't like Raita's exaggeration and body types, but I think it's undeniably that his designs are expressive and sell a strong image of the characters in question. His characters are popular exactly for this reason. You can dislike Raikou, but you absolutely cannot argue with the success of her design.
