It's basically just finding our what situation you're in and what's required in that situation. This, most of the original sets were absolute dogshit. The entire 4 Gun Mettle collections were Valve barely giving a shit and slapping map textures on gun because the whole thing was an experiment to see if CS:GO skins would work in TF2. It was most evident in the Teufort collection (including my favorite the Dirt Gun) but extended to the Craftsmann and Powerhouse collections. The Concealed Killer collection is better but still has ugly choices that don't belong in the game like Sand Cannon.

The Tough Break collections were a lot better, particularly Gentlemanne's and Warbird, which seems to have made everyone forget about the Gun Mettle collections sucking.

I read a guy saying that you can pick up collectibles from map like pit of death, cursed cove, etc. and drop and pick them again to speed up contracts but that doesn't work, since you have to deposit them and collecting them is useless.
