in terms of strictly numbers, it isn't incorrect. However, consider that if you only have swinging maestro it's still about 20-25% chance that you fucking die from whiffing. Then add rushed.
Getting blocked also takes stamina from what I'm told unless that's gaslight.
I'd pad stam a tiny bit more because 16 hp remaining is kinda low and easily within rng range due to the seeds.

Tachy recovery builds relies on her being a strong statcheck because she NEEDS to fight for that 4th place in order to proc. If too many fronts or other pacers contesting her she will immediately take a 200+ stam debuff because her ult doesn't fire and atp it's likely game over. If all goes well, she's a very strong statcheck horse because of her 20% spd bonus and her ult being a de-factor +~200 stam.

Proper late-race accel is very important. Spurt was massively important in Gemini, and my Suzuka got curbstomped by witmaxxing late-surgers stacking every last spurt/velocity skill on top of each other. Plancha/Feat/On Your Left etc. Taiki and Maru's accels will be strong for CM4, so it might be worth to pick them up.

I'm f2p and I found some older screenshot, I had 7602 carats on 9th of September. Now I have 25391 so 17789 gained. But I also always roll a single time on every banner card or uma even if I don't intend on going further for fun so that's 1200 carats for 8 banners which would make it 18989 gained. I also spend all tickets right after I get them and those can count towards carat count but I got 6 from 1st place B graded and 4 from UmaQuest event that would make it 20489 if you count tickets.
So 20k sounds about right to me.

I haven't pulled since the kitasan banner since I'm f2p and been saving up and got exactly 40k now. After the Kita banner I was at 0 carats. How longs has it been since, isn't it like exactly 2 months? If so, then 20k a month sounds about right. Or maybe even more since some of that income was before the increased gibs.

If you would pick rice, haru, Matikanefukukitaru, and two friend cards that would leave you with two buddies, kitasan and a secondary speed SSR for instance. That would cut your starting team from 10 to 5.

Even weirder - Aoi + Tazuna+ Riko + Rice + haru + kitasan would equal FIVE starters.
