At unlock (S0), she is a healer. From S1 to S5, she is a sub-DPS. At max constellation (S6), she becomes a main DPS.

She is presumably a Havoc-aligned character. Her mechanics involve stacking effect layers, which can increase the damage dealt by all effects for the entire team (specifically Spectro Frazzle, Aero Erosion, and Havoc Bane damage). Conversely, the effect stacks present on the team also increase Chisa's own personal damage output.

She is a universal support for Effect teams and an exceptionally powerful 3rd slot character due to her strong kit.

What makes a unit good for soloing is having high damage on demand, basically not having damage locked behind long cooldowns or needing other characters. So you need a rotation of abilities to keep the buff up because each ability can only activate its own 5% buff once every 5 seconds.
