I wonder what mods we can actually expect out of TS. We probably won't get many new Digimon. CS used NC models if I recall but there's nothing else that looks remotely close to TS quality so at best I can only see the few missing recolours like Tsukaimon. Rebalancing mons and adding more evolution routes seems likely but I dunno how the infrastructure will even be for changing routes. Agumon's already loaded so it might not be possible to fit a Tyranomon route.

-Blue stats don't go over the 9999 stat cap, a mon with 2k blue stats will still hit the same damage ranges as a mon with 200 blue stats if both are maxed, they both heal for the same range, they also trade getting the first turn equally

-Buffs and personality passives DO go over the cap (it just won't show an increase in battles like it normally does), if you buff your max atk mons they will do more damage in battles, stout strength still gives a max atk mon the atk boost, etc

It's easy for anyone to test both themselves if they want to double check
