So my idea is to early one buy a few items to juice up my 1, then buy some utility/greens end of lane/mid game before straight gun/melee my shiet
I feel like the items are fine, but the order is a little sus in the mid-game. I think I want to buy Crushing Fists before Juggernaut and Fortitude and Lifestrike after Hunter's Aura instead of Pointblank.
Enduring Speed and Fleetfoot MIGHT be on the chopping block, there may be some better things for those slots, but I'm so used to playing them it's a hard sell.
Spirit Snatch? I feel like it's good, but maybe a late-game sell for one of the T4's or something.
I like it because the heavy melees start doing like 1400 damage by the end.

You can easily jumpdash in under enemy guardian, chunk them both for half health then 2 out if they used something like seven stun or bbpbomb

So just as an FYI the number of stacks you have to have on bomb to one-shot the Abrams in base is 475. This says 479, but it's the damage I got for blowing Abrams up in one shot.

It depends on the exact lane combo, but yes a good 40%-50% of lanes you will be effectively afk farming and nothing else. If your lane mate shows promsie you can maybe do something but never expect the guy with you to be anything but braindead.
The upside is once lane is over you turn into a freak, unkillable monster. I've won 1 v 2 fights alone, at half health just with roughly 12k souls. Once you get the melee passive combos you become disgusting. No one respects the billy powerspike.

It's a slow, not really a stun. You can parry, it doesn't cancel channels and you can even use items during the "time slow" duration. This means items like warp stone are a nearly guaranteed method of fucking up the Paradox's combo.

Since Billy was added, almost every single item I named has over a 50% winrate except slowing hex. I started testing berserk bc of I noticed it's winrate being over 55%, though lets be honest with ourselves, that DOESN'T MATTER.
buying Berserk when you NEED something else to combat the enemy isn't going to help you, it's just a decent dmg option.
Crushing Fists has over 55% winrate as well, but again, this doesn't really matter- you're the one bringing up winrates. I'm not even a winratefag, I just saw the chart posted the other day and had a gander.
You seem to also forget the part where you can literally ignore the parry mechanics with Billy and Billy only, and still get value out of your Melee stats and bonuses, because of BASHDOWN. Times to Punch: after a parry, or by gambling (the worst ofc), or by being clever with his approach and recognizing when a person might be less likely to react to heavy melee parry due to other factors.

No matter how you slice it, Billy is made for melee. He gets free value on Melee where others don't. Does that mean he should be building everything I said all the time? NO, but it's a start for a fledgling Billy.
Everyone in higher ELO should know that the game is about building for what wins, which is what I focused on in my other post. Skipping Crushing might be a good idea if you have another playstyle in mind, or need something else, but being without that stun and lowering of bullet resist is hard to pass up with two ways to apply it.

Bebops ulti lets you assrape anything within LOS and it lasts for like 15 seconds, it also doesn't split damage and it's pretty much a bad skill. Mina ulti is just a way for a burst hero to dump a little more damage, it's nowhere near ults like death slam, combo, last stand, lasso, ivy flight, ice dome, drifter blind, sunder, etc in terms of providing value.
