You need Swinging Maestro, not Corner Recovery.
You do not want Pasa's unique. You want Red Shift. Red Shift does not activate too early in Leo like it does in Cancer (At least for non Pace/Fronts). You are better off with Red Shift / Shooting for Victory than Plancha. For Fronts you want Angling and Scheming and Red Shift. Plancha here will not do much for you and you're better off getting more Speed skills.

I almost don't want to answer you because you can't just admit you don't know the difference.
Speed/Velocity is your TOP speed.
Acceleration is how fast you reach that speed.
Until you get in the final run/spurt, all your umas are running at a capped Speed no matter what. So even if you have 1200 Speed they are not hitting that Speed.
Any Speed up skills break that cap for the duration of the skill. Most skills only last 1-2 seconds which is why when you see a yellow skill activate you'll only see your Uma move up briefly.
Summer Maruzensky activates her unique for FIVE seconds, even more dependent on the race track. That's near triple the amount of yellow skill duration. In those five seconds Maruzensky during the middle race will be outrunning everyone else due to breaking the Speed cap with her unique. All she needs to do now is reach the final spurt and activate Angling and Scheming, and Red Shift (If you can luck out on getting it) to win the race.
This is why Gold Ship was so insane in Gemini. Anchors Aweight gives her speed up for like 8 seconds and so she starts outrunning everyone near the final leg. At final leg she activates Straightaway Spurt for acceleration and it's game over there.

Explain what? Why Summer Maru is theoretically good here or why Falco dominates?
Summer Maru is the same. Activate Speed up mid-race, get to final spurt, Angling and Scheming.
For Falco all she needs to do is be on the front until middle race and she gets a five second Speed up and Acceleration. This lets her completely overtake any other Uma assuming Falco was able to trigger Groundworks and be in first place by the time you reach the middle race.
Blockushins can cuck this because they you throw 1200 Power. Power = acceleration. So during final spurt they can get to the front and stop Angling and Scheming from activting, but then die off because they had no Speed.

I made Bakushin aces. Aside from the mentioned shit affinities, it was just easier to highroll a falcon run. Falcon even has built in wet conditions. I did run a Bakushin ace for my first couple of sets, but she was ruining my Falcon skill procs and blocking her.

So what did Seuin Sky need to take the lead definitively this CM? Falcon (either mine or the oppositions) always overtook her. Once in a while Skybwould decide to get some space and then maybe make it to the corner, ult, and win. But it was very rare.

The problem with Falcon then becomes that if she doesn’t trigger Ang and other accels she can get passed by lates.

And then I ran potential man which actually got me the most wins.

But anyway yeah, for those that have seen or built consistent Seuin’s, what was the key ingredient? I gave mine lots of greens, groundwork, and midrace like double corners and straights. But it was always Falcon to take it and I could never figure it out since my stats were all at recommended or above.

People value Wedding Top Gun more because her skill is more consistent than OG. With Wedding you just need to overtake someone and if you're playing End Top Gun, she gets a huge .4 Accel. With OG Top Gun she needs to be blocked from her two sides so she has inconsistent activation but an arguably stronger skill since it's .25 Speed and .35 Accel.

I saw one (1) Taiki beat me this CM, but she was pushed into a front position to make use of Pasa and/or Seiun ult and ignore her base ult. I guess it worked, but I feel bad if I did that, feels too much like Frankensteining.
