Are you using a mono element team? Gives a huge damage boost. Outside of that, push crusade, grind gear upgrades when you wall as that gives biggest cp boost along with raw levels. Only use yellow crayons on %atk and %crit. Use star candy for skill mats, unless you can sweep gold crayon staged or are desperate for gold. Other than that, it just takes time.

You should be able to build a mono depression team using what you have, Yomi, Xion, Komi, and Rim should be the core of your depression team, and you can fill in the rest with whatever depression apostles you have left. if pushing against an element disadvantage, you can use 2 apostles of different elements, which from what you have available would be composed units, so that would be:

This depends specifically on content and the element synergy that you want to take advantage of. Ideally the composition you stated would be nice but with the current apostles available to global it's a bit difficult in any case. Problem is that Levi has trouble putting in damage, Xion can cover most of that, and although Yomi wasn't designed as a damage dealer her eldyne stats allow her to power through content.
also you should favorite depression apostles to boost their performance a bit. you could probably favorite rim or komi (levi if you're really desperate), it should help a bit. or you could do it to the composed apostles like I suggested previously.

Fricle spooked me later and saw she was useful for pastel farming so I ended up investing in her a bit more than Canna.

So Vivi is the one most reccomended for early game, but when does it start to not be early game? I'm at 13-5 in Crusade, stages 4-5 in the Mallow mines, Stage 8 in Get Your Crayon, rest should be the same for F2P and casuals because of the huge jump in CP. Should I:

- Get Vivi anyway (pvp cheese?)
- Go for Xion to try and get a full depresso team (tfw no Rim)
- Get Aya to farm pastels better

Chloe and Ui are cute but I have no plans for them.

It's possible, cleared 101 right now without her. It's just really fuckall dumb though: despite the whole damage formula thing revolving around the attack floor stuff, my solution to this was to actually give Gideon (and then Rim) full def/HP equips before putting on offense equips on Yomi/Shion. Also R6 +5 even the defense equips of the two front units. I just noticed that the success rate of my clears go way up if no one dies on the first frame of the battle.
