I ran this for that nature, sparks were 9 speed, 3 power, 6 stamina (ideally the power would be something else, but don't have that available). With debuffs, ending on 600 speed is enough to beat URA and getting there via wit clicks and sparks is barely sufficient. This deck can also hit flustered front, but didn't in this run unfortunately.

It's from the current TT champion, and all his Long horses are like this so it's not a weird fluke.

Tried to do something like it and I could barely reach half those stats. Having to run this many races cause serious issue with training.
Is there some secret way to get ton of useful stats from races (outside of +5/10% race bonus everywhere)?
Is it just because his cards are all MLB and it hard snowball past a certain point?
Was that just a one-in-a-million run where every support was in the ideal spot every turn?
Or am I missing something?

I get full MLB and good-tier RNG can explain large stats differences, but here it's nearly 300/400 everywhere, not just having the usual "I can only get the two main stats to 1000 instead of 1200" problem.

Anon, Red Shift is bad for front runners in this CM. (Next CM it will good for all styles however.) They are guaranteed to activate it too early. It only works for late end (and maybe Pace if the lobby is full of fronts) in this CM because they wont take 5th until its time to activate it, and even then its a gamble due to how tight the activation window is. If your Front somehow activates Red shift at the correct time for it to not be wasted in Cancer, then they have already lost the race and an optimally timed Red Shift activation will NOT be enough to save them.

Triumphant pulse could theoretically be useful for a front if they are about to lose by a half a length or less. However this scenario is too rare to waste the SP on. ESPECIALLY now that we are in the AngSche meta the chances of a front getting any value out of Triumphant Pulse is virtually 0.

Emperor's Might is absolute garbage for Fronts. Only Ends and Lates want this. You should feel embarrassed to have put this on a front. Did you even read the skill description?
