buy accessories that give you +10 to your 3 main stats. Especially the strength one should be an instabuy on day 1 in every play through. It trivializes a lot of the floor 1-2 combats.
Also unlocking slam or 1 of the other upgraded attacks early is generally useful. I think it was skewer and I forget the name of the other.
Either way slam is the best of them early precisely because it deals with slimes, but if you have good stats and confident buff you shouldn't even need it.

Karryn's prison is one of those eroges with gameplay which is very gameplay focused, and also it's supposed to be very hard. I get that it can be unfun for some people, especially since losing is a slippery slope that makes you even weaker with each loss and forces you into the slut path if you still want to clear. However, the game is very much beatable even on harder difficulties, although it might require some metagaming like knowledge in advance of which edicts to prioritize, and maybe farming some achievements for passive stats and equip bonuses. It's one of those games that look short on the surface, but in reality are extremely grindy since you have a shitton of achievements to farm, a lot of playthroughs needed to unlock everything, the challenge modes and decension modes (whatever they were called) as well as just requiring a lot of game knowledge itself and having a lot of complicated or obscure mechanics and stat interactions. I'm not saying it is a flawless games, I have my own gripes with some of its design choices, but it does have good depth and challenge and it might leave you frustrated if you make wrong choices and feel like you're beating your head against the wall, but it gets much easier once you know what to do.

do read on the hints that yasu put on which edicts to pick, although they're not very specific, they offer good general guidelines which were helpful to me when I was still learning.
Also you didn't necessarily lose the run just because you picked some wrong edicts, it's quite feasible to save a run unless you're really far gone in the wrong direction. You also don't need to focus on a strength build, but you do need to focus on at least 1 or 2 combat stats if you wanna go combat based.

And if worse comes to worse you can always try to clear the game as a turboslut which is also a very viable combat path, or just accept defeat and the good thing about losing is that actually you're also bound to unlock some useful titles for your next runs even while losing, because literally anything you do in this game gives you an achievement.

you can still brute force through most of the game even with a shitty build and learn from your mistakes in the process. If you don't like it's just your opinion, it's not inherently bad, that's just a game design philosophy to make it trial-and-error.
In fact many old games have a similar philosophy... You can't play diablo 2 blindly and expect to clear all game on normal, nightmare and hell difficulty the first try because you're going to make bad decisions and brick your character in the skill/attribute point allocation and also not know where to farm for items or even what to look for in those items. You can still bruteforce through normal and maybe most of nightmare though, and learn through trial and error or look for online guides and get better at the game progressively. It's not a braindeadingly easy game like most modern games, which is probably why you have an issue with it.

harder difficulties generally require you to play flawlessly and grind some achievements for the passive stats before you can handle them. I'm doing challenge runs now, and some of them are very hard without achievements even if you do everything right. It's supposed to be hard, so don't complain about it being hard.
One thing I did mod in my game was the ability to save/load on different slots whenever I can I open the main menu, and stop the game from auto-saving automatically, because I think that's annoying artificial difficulty. That way you can retry if something goes wrong, but it doesn't trivialize the game because most of the time what goes wrong is not your RNG in batttle, but all the strategical and character building choices you've made so far, which cannot be instantly fixed by reloading. So if a battle is too hard, reloading probably won't save you.

Is there some trick to it or is the incest tag completely hidden/destroyed on dlsite? I know shit like mother tag is still good to go but it gets harder with the other ones since onee-sans is a generic term for older but still young girls.
