In a vacuum, C2 Sanby is better than C6 Komano.
If you have his Wengine, she'd still be better. If you have 1 good support for him, it'd probably be about equal. If you have 2 good supports, he's better.
But then if you have Sanby's Wengine and 2 good supports, she's undeniably better than Komano at all points on the chart.
