Surprisingly, this Halloween scratch, which actually has decent outfits, was very cheap when it was first released on global. Now it's been over a week since I've checked, so I'm sure the scalpers have ruined it by now, but if you were around when it first came out, you could get both main outfits for only 5 mil total, and the idles were hovering between 4 and 7 mil.

This scratch also released the day BP launched, which is kind of funny and shows there's a slight chance the most aggressive scalpers are filthy MMO tourists who may have been housed in this very general.
