It's not that strong, but it's a bit of health by any stray ghoul attack, and Cheap Shot doesn't consistently work as far as I could test it so it's worthless. Paired with Resolve (Second Win/Bone Plating depending on matchup, Revitalize) you get some sustain to stay in lane.

They redid the home page UI to add tabs to it for pretty much no reason as no one ever clicks on the other tabs and then they re-did the battle pass home page as well to account for the new event system, but in the past 4-5 years that's literally everything I can think of pertaining to game client programming and UI design and other stuff like that so I really don't see what's stopping them from taking 1/2 years off to just re-do the game's engine since they're on the payroll already anyway.
I think most of Riot's problems come from the managerial side of things and that's more or less where issues like this arise. Taking people in the wrong directions, focusing on the wrong problems, prioritizing the wrong things, etcetra.

I also completely even forgot each "season" (split, nice naming they did for this season as well with the Year/Season/Split shit) was going to be themed after something because we're not even out of the season that introduced this yet and they've already given up on it as well. It's all so tiring.
The only thing the next season has to do to fix half of the issues of this one is remove all of this shit and actually put the least amount of effort into SR and give us things like a champion roadmap (why is this Zaahen champ getting like zero attention? Remember when Akshan came out around Worlds time and there was a whole event surrounding it? What about that champ. roadmap video with the Bel'veth and Naafiri teasers?
