gwen is going to be viable again next patch, but id recommend learning the fundamentals on a simpler champion first like ww or amumu, but if you're like a gwen top main already go for it. always path toward your win condition which is almost always botlane right now unless you have a vayne top or something to that regard and your bot lane sucks shit. try to back and buy whenever you have a good amount of gold 1200 plus and especially if you have a completed item worth of gold. Dont try and force anything too hard especially if you have farm up, a few camps are worth as much gold as a kill.

It's basically just karthus 2.0. You don't give a fuck about what lane is the wincon, you care what lane is gonna be able to rotate to you if you get invaded.
