Been thinking. This skill does nothing because the game does not recalculate the amount of stamina you can use once your uma has entered last spurt. But, since All-Seeing Eyes triggers in the late-race, if you entered late-race with sufficient stamina assuming no one fucks with your stam, but then you get hit by All-Seeing Eyes anyway then you would gas out. Wouldn't this skill be useful in that case? Game already locked in the fact that you're going to be running at the toppest of speed since you have sufficient stamina, you get hit by all-seeing eyes, you pop relax to ignore it.
